I was recently in a minor accident and needed body repairs for my car.  When my claims adjuster asked if I had a preferred repair shop, I knew exactly where I wanted to go - B &S Hacienda - San Jose Mabury.  I had been to that shop once several years ago and was impressed by their passion, knowledge, work quality, professionalism, and flawless finished product.  I was hoping for a repeat experience,  and once again, they delivered. When I called to schedule an estimate, Bryan was courteous, patient and helpful in explaining the process.  Juan--now the owner and someone with a true passion for cars--walked me through each step: submitting and negotiating the estimate with the insurance company, dismantling the damaged area to assess both visible and hidden issues, ordering parts, performing a full safety check, and completing the wheel alignment. Another major plus is their partnership with Enterprise Car Rental.  When I dropped off my car, Enterprise picked me up directly from B & S Hacienda - San Jose Mabury and took me to their office to get my rental.  When my repairs were complete, Juan arranged for Enterprise to pick up the rental from his shop, saving me time time and hassle.  I was genuinely grateful for that convenience. The final results were outstanding.  My car was buffed to blend the repaired area seamlessly with the rest of the paint, waxed to a beautiful shine, and the windows were cleaned inside and out.  They cleaned my floor mats, restored my old headlights back to clear plastic, and dressed the wheels and tires.  My car has never looked better. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish.  If I ever need work again, I will absolutely return to B & S Hacienda - San Jose Mabury.

I had a dent on the front passenger-side fender of my Audi A5, and they did a wonderful job fixing it. I’m really happy with how the car looks now. We had a cracked windshield that needed to be replaced. Being a leased Mercedes it had to be an OEM part and could only be calibrated at the dealership. We tried working with a different shop but they would not promise an OEM windshield. Bryan at B&S was recommended by the dealership.
